Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Tacloban training team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee ramp training programs and manage complex, concurrent training initiatives.
- Partner with program stakeholders at a strategic level to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Quality Team to execute training interventions and drive continuous improvement in training programs and processes.
- Design, develop, and update training curricula and materials, incorporating best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using a variety of metrics, analyze data, and implement adjustments to optimize speed to proficiency and demonstrate ROI.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Training Manager, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, including coaching and mentoring.
- Deep expertise in curriculum design, needs analysis, and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, including budget and resource management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proven ability to evaluate training effectiveness and measure business impact, including experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
