Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers

Persuasively handle objections and overcome customer concerns

• Close sales efficiently while meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Uphold a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused phone presence

Preferred

• Proven sales or call center experience, preferably in healthcare, senior services, or tech-enabled products
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Comfortable handling objections and closing sales over the phone
