Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and business systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and can effectively work across both frontend and backend systems to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires collaboration with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure applications meet business requirements, security standards, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Software Development Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and internal business systems Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and database integrations Implement new features, enhancements, and system improvements Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues Solution Design & Architecture Participate in technical design discussions and solution planning Provide recommendations for scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures Review business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Contribute to system documentation, technical specifications, and design documents Quality & Testing Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and improve software quality Ensure applications meet performance, security, and reliability requirements Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and stakeholders Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Support deployment activities and collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementations Assist in production support and continuous improvement initiatives Continuous Improvement Research emerging technologies and development best practices Recommend improvements to existing systems, workflows, and development processes Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring within the development team Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field Equivalent practical experience may be considered Experience 2+ years of professional software development experience Experience developing and supporting production web applications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
