Solution Architect

Join our team as a Solution Architect, where you will proactively engage with customer technical decision-makers and influencers to support their digital transformation. You will run data workshops, drive pilots and proofs of concept, troubleshoot technical issues, and engage with product and support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong product command and technical domain knowledge, outstanding communication skills in English and French, and extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Engager proactivement avec les décideurs techniques des clients pour soutenir leur transformation numérique.
• Animer des ateliers de données pour élaborer des plans d'implémentation de solutions alignés sur les objectifs commerciaux des clients.
• Conduire des pilotes, des preuves de concept (POC) et des valeurs, et faire avancer le client des pilotes aux déploiements productifs.

Requirements

• You have strong product command and technical domain knowledge of one or more of the following: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs, or Programming
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring the successful implementation of customer projects

Strong communication skills in English and French

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications
• Familiarity, awareness, or strong working knowledge of development methodologies and technologies in one or more of the following: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS; REST, XML, database technologies
• Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts
