People Business Partner

Join our dynamic global People team as a People Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing consultation on people matters, implementing employee development initiatives, and partnering with senior leaders and managers across the business. You will also coordinate and collaborate with HR peers and drive cultural change to create a positive employee experience.

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, providing counsel and coaching on people matters.
• Consult with business leaders on matters including business transformation, change management, and organizational design.
• Coordinate and collaborate with HR peers in the People Business Partnering team, as well as People Operations, L&D, Talent, and the Rewards & Benefits teams.

• The ability to work well under pressure, with good time management and organisational skills
• Experience working across global regions
• Proven experience working at Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner level
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Experience using and understanding the mechanics of an HRIS (preferably Workday)
• Ability to solve moderate to complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving
• Able to demonstrate discretion and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential materials
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
• Commercially astute
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence and ability to communicate to Executive level, senior managers and key stakeholders
• Confident to work independently, as well as a team member on projects and tasks
• The successful applicant will have solid HR experience dealing with daily operations as well as strategic responsibilities
• CIPD Qualified or equivalent
