Responsibilities

  • Researching product use cases that could benefit from agentic workflows, designing and prototyping agentic systems to improve customer value and experience.
  • Coordinating with relevant development, product, machine learning teams and other business stakeholders to take ideas from concept through to prototype.
  • Maintaining and deepening expertise through ongoing research projects, ensuring staying at the forefront of developments in both AI and security.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with core Darktrace technologies such as Network, Email, Cloud and Endpoint
  • You should be comfortable working in dynamic, fast-evolving environments where you can apply logical thinking to unfamiliar problems and contribute to shaping new approaches
  • You’ll also need to be an effective communicator, able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders, while maintaining a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • We’re looking for someone who combines practical experience with a curiosity for emerging AI capabilities and how they intersect with cyber security
  • Interest or foundational knowledge in developing agentic workflows,
  • An ability to reason logically in unfamiliar situations, with an aptitude for problem solving,

Preferred

  • Experience with the Darktrace product suite will be particularly valuable, alongside an interest in how agentic workflows can be designed and applied to enhance both security outcomes and customer value
