Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer, while keeping candidate experience top of mind.
• Source and engage candidates across multiple channels with creative, eye-catching outreach.
• Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks/challenges, and adjust strategy using data.
• Clear written and verbal communication; direct, respectful, and timely
• Organized approach to pipelines, prioritization, and competing deadlines
• Comfort discussing technical fundamentals, role expectations, and pitching Coder to candidates

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a startup environment and using Ashby ATS
• 4+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on Engineering, Product, and GTM
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams
• Substantial experience hiring for AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or open‑source teams
