You should have excellent programming skills, a degree in computer science or a related discipline, and at least 7 years of experience in software engineering, with 2 years in engineering management.

Manage and build a high-performance team of engineers, engineering leads, and engineering managers to deliver world-class educational experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate seamlessly with the broader development team, prioritizing work and spearheading initiatives for outstanding results.

Requirements

• Excellent programming skills in Java or another object-oriented language
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or a related discipline
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Passion for improving education through technology
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• At least 7 years of direct experience in software engineering and 2 years of engineering management
