Operations Manager (Air)

Join Athelas, a healthcare technology company, as an Operations Manager for Athelas Air (EHR). In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of onboarding and launching new customers. You will collaborate with various teams, engage directly with customers, and develop scalable launch playbooks. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-5 years of operations or project management experience in SaaS or HealthTech.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the end-to-end implementation of onboarding and launching new customers on Athelas Air (EHR).
• Partnership with Engineering and Launch teams to ensure smooth transitions for each practice, on time, and with high adoption.
• Development and maintenance of detailed implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocations for each customer launch.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus
• ~2-5 years of operations or project management experience in SaaS or HealthTech
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs to successful delivery on time and within scope
