Join Commure as a Senior Software Engineer on the Infrastructure team. In this hands-on role, you will design, build, and operate the foundational infrastructure and internal developer platform that supports all engineering teams. You will own several verticals within the team's scope, including cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes fleet management, release and deployment, traffic and network design, observability, and zero-trust access. You will also partner with the Security team on secrets management and secure-by-default patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Concevoir, construire et exploiter l'infrastructure cloud et la plateforme de développement interne, en gérant l'ensemble du cycle de vie des clusters Kubernetes.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des workflows de déploiement modernes en utilisant GitOps et la livraison progressive, en assurant la sécurité et la conformité.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de sécurité pour mettre en œuvre des pratiques de gestion des secrets, de code de politique et de sécurité par défaut.
  • Experience with plus controller-based infrastructure management (Crossplane, Kubernetes operators)

Requirements

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience in infrastructure, platform, or site reliability engineering roles
  • Experience with public cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) and managed cloud services
  • Experience with modern release workflows using GitOps and progressive delivery (Argo CD, Flux, Kargo)

Experience with cloud-native technologies

  • Experience building internal developer platforms with a strong product mindset (treating developers as customers)
  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance) with HIPAA and SOC 2 obligations

Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi)

  • Experience with service mesh technologies and software-defined networking (SDN)
  • Experience with observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)

Preferred

  • Experience with on-prem or hybrid environments and data center / cloud migrations

Pay

USD 170,000 - 220,000
