Software Engineer (Applied AI, RCM)

Join Commure, a company revolutionizing healthcare through technology. As a Software Engineer II on our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) AI team, you'll develop and implement AI-driven solutions that streamline financial workflows in healthcare. You'll take ownership of the entire lifecycle of AI features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform. This role requires a strong background in software development, proficiency in frontend and backend languages, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'IA de bout en bout pour automatiser les workflows financiers dans le secteur de la santé.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour recueillir les exigences d'intégration, définir les approches techniques et prioriser les tâches.
• Améliorer la fiabilité et l'observabilité du système en mettant en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en matière de surveillance, de journalisation et d'alerte.

Requirements

• We're looking for a Software Engineer II who takes ownership end-to-end, moves fast, and wants their work to directly impact how care is delivered
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making successful architectural decisions
• Experience including but not limited to Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational DBs, and monitoring/alerting tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience

Proficiency in frontend languages like Javascript, HTML, CSS

• Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Go, or C++
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• 3+ years of professional software development industry experience
