Associate - Inventory

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely stock movement, and minimizing inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory activities and maintain accurate stock records.
• Monitor stock levels, inward and outward movement, and inventory ageing.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and internal teams for smooth stock movement.
• Prepare inventory reports and MIS.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Inventory Management.
• Good knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stock control.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/WMS/ERP systems.
• Good Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in warehouse/inventory operations is preferred.
