Senior Implementation Consultant

Join Staffbase as a Senior Implementation Consultant, where you will lead new customer implementations, manage project plans and resources, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. You will build in-depth product knowledge, understand customer use cases, and apply best practices for enterprises. Additionally, you will troubleshoot customer issues, work with Sales to scope new projects, and provide internal feedback on how to better serve our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead new customer implementations, managing project plans and resources for onboarding and growth phases.
• Ensure deployment, change management, and adoption programs are in place for each engagement.
• Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and effort clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Self-motivated team player ready to embrace a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with implementing Software-as-a-Service solutions
• Strong application functional expertise, experience in business application deployment cycles, and strong account management skills
• Project management experience
• 5+ years of consulting/client-facing experience
• Several years of experience working on enterprise-scale deployments
