Advanced Implementation Consultant

• Staffbase as an Advanced Implementation Consultant, where you will leverage your delivery and technology expertise to ensure an outstanding experience for our clients.
• This role requires 2-5 years of client-facing experience, strong application functional expertise, and professional fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• You will lead new customer implementations, manage project plans and resources, and communicate implementation status and issues.
• You will also build and sustain in-depth product knowledge, understand customer use cases, and apply best practices for enterprises.
• Additionally, you will troubleshoot customer issues during implementation and work with Sales to scope and estimate new projects.
• Lead new Staffbase customer implementations, managing project plans and resources for onboarding and growth phases.
• Ensure a plan is in place for each engagement for deployment, change management, and adoption programs, and communicate implementation status.
• Build and sustain in-depth product knowledge, understand customer use cases, and apply Staffbase best practices for enterprises to customer implementations.

Requirements

• You have worked for several years as a consultant or in other similar roles before and understand the value of nurturing client relationships
• 2-5 years of client-facing experience
• Strong application functional expertise, expertise in business application deployment cycles, as well as strong account management expertise
• 2-5 years of consulting experience
• Self-motivated team player ready to embrace a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred

• Passion for cloud technologies
• Familiarity with implementing Software-as-a-Service solutions
• Nice to have: comms background
• Several years of experience working on enterprise-scale deployments
• Project management experience
• Professional fluency in Spanish is required for this role
