Agentic Code Review Product Manager

Sonar, a leading company in the software development industry, as a Product Manager for Gitar, our recently-acquired agentic code review platform. In this role, you will drive the roadmap for Gitar, working closely with the founding team and the broader engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• You will research, clarify, and prioritize the needs of developers and engineering leaders, translate the competitive landscape into clear positioning, and turn those needs into a roadmap for Gitar and Sonar.
• You will also collaborate with other product managers, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure Gitar's roadmap reflects customer needs and the future direction of the combined SonarQube + Gitar experience.

Requirements

• Leadership: you take initiative and demonstrate your ability to lead a subject from beginning to end

Open-minded and very positive can-do attitude

• Experience in software product management, ideally for developer tools, DevOps, CI/CD, or code review/quality product
• Self-confident enough to challenge the status quo as well as to receive feedback
• Technical fluency with SDLC tooling — Git, CI/CD pipelines, pull request workflows, and source-control platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps)
• Highly autonomous and pragmatic, with an obsession for solving external customer problems; comfortable partnering directly with founders and a small, fast-moving team
• Passionate about AI-native developer tools and the shift toward agentic software development
• Excellent cross-functional collaborator, able to align product, engineering, sales, and marketing around a shared roadmap
• Familiar with the AI technologies powering coding agents - LLMs, agent harnesses, and how they plan, call tools, and take action inside a developer's workflow
• Understanding of AI/LLM-based products, including the trust, safety, and data-handling considerations enterprise buyers care about
