Auto apply
Auto apply to jobs that fit your own rules
Jobapplier's Agent will auto apply to jobs for you on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and other one-page forms. You say which jobs are worth an application, by match score, country, work model, company or words in the title; it applies to the ones that fit, a few at a time, and shows you each one it sent.
- Applies on
- Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, Rippling, Breezy, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, BambooHR and Personio
- Decides by
- Your Apply and Skip rules: match score, country, work model, company and words in the title
- Sends
- Only to jobs your Apply rules pick, never to a closed posting

How it works
- 1Write your rules on the Agent page. Each one is Apply or Skip, and tests a few fields joined by all or any.
- 2Choose for each Apply rule which resume goes and how far it is tailored to the posting.
- 3The Agent applies to the new jobs that fit on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and the other one-page forms, a few at a time, and lists each application under Activity with the rule, resume and letter it used.
What it does
- Rules you can read
- Skip wins over Apply, the first Apply rule that fits decides, and a job no rule fits gets no application. Every decision names the rule that made it.
- Every question answered
- The answers come from your Application answers card and your profile first; for the rest, the AI writes the most plausible answer for you. An application with a required question still empty is not sent.
- A record of each one
- Before it presses Submit, the Agent takes a picture of the filled form. Review shows each question with the answer that went.
- Where it applies
- Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, Rippling, Breezy, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, BambooHR and Personio: simple forms on a single page.

Good to know
- It never applies to a closed posting, or to a job you marked applied on your Tracker.
- A new account starts with one rule, skip anything scored below 70, and no Apply rule: nothing goes until you write one.
- A CAPTCHA or an emailed code stops the application and hands it to you.
- Forms behind an employer account, such as Workday's, are filled by the browser extension instead, with you there.
- The Agent is part of Pro, up to 30 sends a day. See pricing.
Questions about auto apply
Which job sites does the Agent auto apply on?
Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, Rippling, Breezy, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, BambooHR and Personio, whose forms are a single page. Workday, iCIMS and other sites that ask for an employer account, and SmartRecruiters, are filled by the browser extension instead, with you there to press Submit.
Does the Agent apply to every job it finds?
No. It applies only to jobs that fit one of your Apply rules and none of your Skip rules. A job no rule fits gets no application, and a closed posting or a job you marked applied on your Tracker is never sent.
Can I see what the Agent sent?
Yes. Each application is listed under Activity with the rule, resume and cover letter it used. Review shows the picture of the filled form taken before Submit and every question with the answer that went.
What happens with a CAPTCHA or an emailed code?
The Agent stops that application and hands it to you. It does not solve CAPTCHAs or read your mail.
How much does it cost?
The Agent is part of Pro, up to 30 sends a day. Pro costs $39.99 a month, $89.99 every 3 months or $17.99 a week. Sales tax or VAT is included, many countries pay less, and you can cancel any time.
