Terms of Service

Last updated 31 October 2026

The agreement between you and us when you use Jobapplier. Please read it before you sign up.

Who we are

These terms are between you and Jobapplier (“we”, “us”). Write to us at support@jobapplier.co.

By creating an account or using Jobapplier you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16. If you do not agree, do not use Jobapplier.

What Jobapplier does

  • A job board, read from employers' career pages and job sites, with a match score for each job.
  • Resumes, cover letters and answers to application questions, written with AI from what you give us.
  • A browser extension that fills application forms in your browser, and Android and iOS apps for the rest of Jobapplier.
  • The Agent, which sends applications from our servers by the rules you set, within daily limits.

Your account

Give us true details, keep your sign-in to yourself, and use the account only for your own job search. You are responsible for everything done through it.

What is sent in your name

Every resume, letter and answer Jobapplier writes, fills or sends goes out in your name, and you are responsible for it. Check it before it goes.

  • AI output can be wrong. Where your profile has no answer, the AI writes the most plausible one it can, which may not be true of you. Review shows the answers before you send; correct them there or in your profile.
  • Tailoring rewrites your resume's lines for a job and adds the job's skills to them. At higher levels it may also change or write figures such as team size or scale. It never changes an employer, the title of a role you held, a date, a school, a degree, a certification or a work authorisation; at Light and above, your resume's headline names the job you apply for.
  • The Agent sends without waiting for Review, by your rules. Set them with care: you are responsible for what they send.
  • A sent application cannot be withdrawn.

We do not promise that any application reaches an employer, gets an answer, or leads to an interview or a job.

Other sites and the risk of automation

Jobs belong to the employers that post them, and their forms to the sites that host them (applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn and others). We are not connected to or endorsed by them. Their terms apply to you, following them is your responsibility, and many do not allow automation. LinkedIn's terms prohibit it, and a LinkedIn account used with Jobapplier may be restricted.

We tell you plainly how Jobapplier works on those sites:

  • The Agent fills Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Rippling, Breezy, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, BambooHR and Personio forms, and LinkedIn Easy Apply when you connect LinkedIn and it is on, from our servers, in a browser that hides the signs of automation and shows the site a made-up computer, working at a person's pace, so that bot checks accept it. That is evasion of the site's bot checks.
  • Workable forms may be sent through a residential proxy, an internet address rented from a home connection, so the site sees a home and not our servers.
  • On BambooHR forms we tick “I'm not a robot”. A picture puzzle after it is left to you.
  • Ashby keeps each answer and your resume as the form is filled, before anything is sent.
  • The extension reads and fills the forms of job sites in your own browser and presses each page's Next on forms of several pages. Where a site asks for an account first, it may open one in your name, with a password made for that site alone. You are that account's holder.

A site that notices any of this may reject or flag applications sent in your name, or restrict your account there. You accept that risk by agreeing to these terms; nothing asks you again before the Agent sends. We are not responsible for what another site, or an employer, decides.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing and has a daily allowance. Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly, every 3 months or weekly. What each plan includes and costs is on the pricing page; we may change Free's allowance.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

  • You pay the price the checkout shows for your country, tax included. There is no free trial.
  • A subscription renews each period until you cancel it in Settings, under Subscriptions. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Ask within 7 days of a payment and it is refunded in full; see the refund policy.
  • We tell you before a price you pay changes, and you can cancel before it does.

Acceptable use

  • Do not apply in someone else's name, or with facts about yourself you know to be false.
  • Do not send spam, or anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, to employers.
  • Do not copy our catalogue in bulk, scrape, probe or overload our servers, get around a plan's limits, or resell Jobapplier.
  • Do not use Jobapplier against the law where you live or where you apply.

Your content and ours

Your resume, profile and answers stay yours. You let us store, process and send them, as our privacy policy says, to run Jobapplier for you. You confirm you have the right to give them to us.

Jobapplier itself, its software, design and catalogue, is ours or our licensors'. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

Suspension and ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings, under Login & Security. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others or Jobapplier at risk, or where the law requires it, and we tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. We may change or stop any part of Jobapplier; if we stop a paid service, we refund the part of the period you did not get.

No warranty

Jobapplier is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for your purpose, or that jobs, scores or AI output are accurate or current. Job postings come from other sites and may be wrong, closed or out of date.

Limits of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss, or a lost job, opportunity, income or data;
  • what an employer or another site decides, including a rejected application or a restricted account;
  • content you sent, or AI output you did not correct.

Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Jobapplier (through Paddle) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability the law does not allow to be limited.

Claims against us

To the extent the law allows, you will cover our losses and reasonable costs from a claim by someone else (such as an employer or a site) that comes from what you sent through Jobapplier or from your breach of these terms or of that site's terms.

Your rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer, in the EU, the UK, a US state or elsewhere, you keep every right the law where you live gives you that a contract cannot take away, including any longer right to cancel or to a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights; where a clause would, it applies only as far as the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We tell you by email or in the app before a change that matters takes effect; if you keep using Jobapplier after it, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, delete your account before then.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a dispute to its courts. Write to us first, and we will try to settle it.

General

  • These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Jobapplier.
  • If a part of them is found invalid, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a term at once, we can still enforce it later.
  • We may transfer this agreement to whoever takes over Jobapplier; your rights stay the same.
  • Apple and Google, whose stores offer our apps, are not party to these terms and are not responsible for Jobapplier. Their store terms also apply to your use of the apps.
