A strong understanding of enterprise software products and experience in technical enablement or a similar role is required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure technical readiness and alignment across all field enablement initiatives.
  • Design and deliver technical and industry enablement programs that deepen the field's product, architecture, and industry knowledge.
  • Continuously analyze and improve field performance through data-driven insights, tracking the connection between enablement and adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience in audit, finance, or accounting technology is a strong plus but not required
  • Strong understanding of how enterprise software products work at an architectural level. You don't need to write code, but you need to understand how the pieces fit together
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar technical-plus-customer-facing role within B2B SaaS

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills. You can hold a room (virtual or in-person) and make technical concepts accessible
  • Hands-on experience building technical training programs, workshops, or enablement content from scratch (not just delivering pre-made content)
  • Ability to work across teams (Product, PMM, SE, CS) and synthesize input from multiple sources into coherent enablement materials
