Support our Sales and Account Executive teams through technical expertise, product mastery, and in-depth data analysis work to help prospective partners gain trust in our data, methodologies, and product outputs.

Responsibilities

• Work to understand customer goals and needs and scope appropriate solutions for them, balancing customer demand, budgets, and available data assets and coverage.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues to overcome skepticism and guide improvements to data coverage and methodology.

Requirements

• You have 1-4 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Client-Facing Data Analysis, Customer Success in a Technical Environment, or Sales/Account Management
• You are committed to long term account health, eager to understand customers and their needs and craft the solutions that power years long partnerships
• You are eager to be in a highly customer facing role
