You will also lead transformation initiatives, partner closely with various teams, and develop a geographically dispersed team of managers and accounting professionals.

Support the leadership of the international accounting team across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, driving consistent accounting practices and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of statutory financial statements across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing relationships with external auditors and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Drive strategic finance transformation initiatives, championing automation opportunities through finance technology and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
