Business Development Manager - Trans Skills

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, acquire key corporate accounts, and secure long-term service contracts across various staffing solutions. You will need a strong background in the Middle East recruitment and staffing sector, as well as deep insight into the GCC/Middle East market.

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across key Middle East markets, specifically targeting C-suite executives and managerial leaders.
• Building and sustaining a robust sales pipeline of enterprise and mid-market accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
• Leading end-to-end RFP, RFI, and tender response processes for major corporate and government staffing contracts, including navigating regional public sector procurement portals.
