Senior Operations Analyst

Join Ebury, a fast-growing leader in fintech, as a Senior Operations Analyst in our Sydney office. In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling client funds, verifying payments, conducting post-payment investigations, and providing excellent customer service. You will also support the delivery of induction training for new starters and contribute to process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FX products, payment clearing schemes, and fraud risks in a payments environment.

• Reconciliation of client funds received across Ebury’s network of bank accounts, across all back office systems, in accordance with internal processes.
• Instruction and verification of client payments, in accordance with internal processes and in line with internal SLAs.
• Conduct post-payment investigations, following up with Ebury’s Liquidity Providers and Partner Banks until full resolution.
