Business Development Analyst

SUEZ, a global leader in environmental services, as a Business Development Analyst. In this role, you will support the growth of our waste management business by conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing business cases and feasibility studies. You will work closely with the Business Development Director and collaborate with local and international SUEZ teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to major infrastructure, environmental, and energy-from-waste projects while influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis across the waste management, recycling, circular economy, and environmental services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and target clients, and support the Business Development Director in assessing strategic growth initiatives.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, market assessments, and commercial analyses, and develop and maintain financial models, profitability assessments, and investment evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, market intelligence or business development.
• Excellent English language skills (daily business communication).
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of the waste management industry.
• PPP project experience.
• Knowledge of circular economy and sustainability trends.
• Power BI or Tableau experience.
• French language skills.
