Project Manager

Join SUEZ, a global leader in environmental services, as a Project Manager. In this role, you will lead a PPP, DBFO project in Czernica, overseeing the design, construction, financing, and operation of a new wastewater treatment plant. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including costs, quality, lead times, and technical performance, while ensuring alignment between the construction phase and the operational lifecycle. This position requires a strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Propose, implement, and adapt the project realization strategy, ensuring seamless alignment between the construction phase and the operational lifecycle.
• Manage, coordinate, implement, execute, check, and complete a Design & Build project, ensuring adherence to the company's strategy and objectives.
• Independently manage relationships with external stakeholders, proactively manage contracts, variations, and claims to protect the company's interests.

Requirements

• Min 10 years overall experience in Project Management of Infrastructure projects for contractors (EPC / DB model), backed by solid, hands-on site execution experience.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment plant is a plus.
• Engineering degree specialized in sanitary or environmental engineering or mechanic.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Knowledge and proven ability in the management of construction contracts of more than 15 M€, with strict contract discipline in the Polish infrastructure market.
• Ability to coordinate Engineering team, partners and subcontractors in Civil Works, Mechanical/Process Installation, and Electrical/Automation works.
• Decision maker, you have good relationship skills.
• Ability to anticipate and federate teams.
• Synthetic and analysis spirit will help you make of this project a success.
• Willingness to travel across the country to the installations
