Proposal Manager

• Join SUEZ, a global leader in environmental services. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for the development and preparation of bids for municipal and industrial projects. You will work closely with the Business Development team and SUEZ Group support teams to identify business opportunities, develop bid strategies, and prepare bid budgets and schedules. You will also participate in negotiations with clients and ensure a smooth transition to the execution team.
• Participer à l'identification des opportunités commerciales et soutenir la préparation des propositions.
• Préparer le budget de l'offre, le calendrier de planification de l'offre, les livrables de l'offre et assurer le suivi.
• Identifier les risques du projet et les mesures d'atténuation, et participer aux négociations avec les clients.

**Requirements:**

• With a higher education degree (engineering school or university in Civil, Mechanical or Hydraulics).

Minimum 10 years' experience in an PPP/BOT, EPC and O&M project environment and related services, including initial experience in responding to tenders.

• You have a good understanding of the contractual, commercial and technical aspects of a PPP/BOT, EPC and O&M projects.

• You are recognised for your leadership and facilitation skills, as well as your ability to adapt to multicultural environments.

• Initiative, rigor, as well as good team spirit and the ability to interact with an international team;

• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in parallel.

• Fluency in English is essential.
