Responsibilities

  • Support and progressively take ownership of end-to-end seller onboarding on Mirakl Connect, starting with simpler cases and building towards greater autonomy.
  • Guide sellers through key onboarding steps and deliver clear enablement sessions tailored to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Develop expertise in Catalog Transformer — Mirakl's AI-based catalogue management product — and support sellers in troubleshooting and optimising their catalogues.
