Solution Consultant, Connect EMEA

Join Mirakl, a leading marketplace innovation company, as a Solution Consultant in the EMEA region. In this role, you will guide new Connect customers through onboarding, equip Mirakl Platform clients for independent seller onboarding, develop expertise in Catalog Transformer, track onboarding progress, and collaborate cross-functionally. You should have 2+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or account management, and be proficient in English and French.

• Guiding new Connect customers through end-to-end onboarding, leading sessions, configuring accounts, and troubleshooting blockers.
• Equipping Mirakl Platform clients to independently onboard their own sellers by providing training, clear documentation, and scalable enablement resources.
• Developing deep expertise in Catalog Transformer and supporting sellers in troubleshooting and optimizing their catalogs.
