Responsibilities

  • Design and configure Agent force agents aligned to business use cases, and build AI-driven workflows using Flow, Apex, and orchestration tools.
  • Implement conversational and automation capabilities across Sales and Service use cases, and support testing, optimisation, and monitoring of AI agent performance.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on solution design, and participate in technical design sessions and backlog refinement.
