Client Delivery Manager – Hybrid Cloud

Join NTT DATA, a leading global technology services provider, as a Client Delivery Manager – Hybrid Cloud. In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for service delivery and commercial performance within a strategic client engagement. You will build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, coordinate delivery across various technology towers, and drive continuous service improvement.

This position requires significant experience in client delivery, managed services, or service delivery leadership, as well as a solid understanding of data center, private cloud, and public cloud operating models and technologies.

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a key point of accountability between the client and NTT DATA delivery teams.
• Coordinate delivery across Data Center, Private Cloud, Public Cloud, Network, Security and related platform services, ensuring contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, and service expectations are achieved.
• Own revenue, gross profit and margin performance for the assigned scope, including budgets, forecasts and cost-to-serve, while driving continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
