Senior Workplace Technology Engineer

Join Tide, a rapidly growing fintech company that is transforming the small business banking market. As a Senior Workplace Technology Engineer, you will be responsible for operating and improving our core IT platforms, managing our device fleet, applying security controls, supporting onboarding and offboarding, automating repetitive work, and contributing to projects. You should have 4+ years of experience in IT or workplace engineering, hands-on administration experience with Google Workspace and Jamf and/or Intune, and experience administering Jira Service Management or a similar ITSM tool.

• Operar y mejorar las plataformas de TI centrales, manejando la configuración, los cambios y la solución de problemas.
• Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los dispositivos, desde la provisión hasta el cumplimiento, el parcheo y la jubilación.
• Aplicar los controles de seguridad, implementando y manteniendo políticas de seguridad en colaboración con el equipo de seguridad de la información.
