Lead Engineer, Data Platform

As a Lead Engineer in the Data Platform team, you will design and deliver self-service paths for data onboarding, improve ingestion and transformation capabilities, and apply governance in your work. Apply governance in what you build, including residency, PII masking, least-privilege and just-in-time access, retention and erasure, and lineage.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver self-service paths for engineers to onboard new sources, datasets, and pipelines without a ticket queue.
• Improve ingestion and transformation capabilities to ensure data is fresher and more reliable, handling ordering, duplicates, late data, deletes, replay, and backfill.
