Engineering Manager, Core Infrastructure

As an Engineering Manager for the Core Infrastructure team, you will lead a team of engineers, develop a roadmap for architecture and upgrades, ensure platform availability and security, and empower product engineers to deploy and run services efficiently. You will also help control costs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, setting clear goals and providing coaching and support.
• Develop a roadmap for architecture, upgrades, autoscaling, and capacity for infrastructure, databases, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Ensure platforms meet targets for availability and security, and help product engineering teams make cost-efficient choices.
