Enterprise Solution Engineer (South East / Mid Atlantic)

Sigma, a leading analytics platform, as an Enterprise Solution Engineer. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, managing all activities related to the technical presales cycle. You will engage with business users, create solution prototypes, and present customized demos. You will also deliver product, technical, and security-related responses on RFPs/RFIs, and participate in product, sales, and relevant technology certifications. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, managing and delivering on all activities related to the technical presales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on development of prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business users to define, create, and showcase solution prototypes, and build and present customized demos for customers, trade shows, and webinars.
• Deliver product, technical, and security-related responses on RFPs/RFIs, and participate in product, sales, and relevant technology certifications to acquire, maintain, and grow skill sets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent technical & business experience
• Strong understanding of database concepts
• Customer relationship skills
• Cloud data warehouse experience - Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery
• ETL experience - Fivetran, Matillion or traditional ETL
• Minimum 5 years of business intelligence experience
• Experience implementing production business intelligence solutions or proof of concepts
• Business consulting

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with data analytics business use cases
• Experience at a SaaS company or with cloud architectures
