Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, independently delivering features in production environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including significant experience with .NET Framework codebases

Experience working within large, established codebases

  • Daily hands-on use of modern AI coding harnesses (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Pi, or similar), with practical understanding of agents (model plus harness)
  • Proficiency with standard development tools including Git, Docker, automated testing, and modern scripting languages
  • Experience developing or supporting production APIs and integration features
  • Experience creating unit and integration tests, including leveraging AI tools during test development
  • Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and core software design principles

Experience deploying and operating applications on Azure

  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures or enterprise messaging patterns
  • Understanding of event streaming platforms and asynchronous processing models
  • Experience with API gateway solutions and managing API lifecycles, including versioning and contracts
  • Knowledge of distributed systems fundamentals such as scaling, data storage, and fault tolerance
  • Background in writing acceptance and end-to-end tests, with Playwright experience a plus
  • In-depth understanding of harness mechanics, including memory, tool calls, and hooks, and their influence on agent behavior
