Associate Implementation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for software licensed by MeridianLink, managing client expectations and acting as a liaison between the client and other company departments.
• Gather core credentials, third-party credentials, product requirements, and client documents, and provide and review product workbooks.
• Support client validation configuration, review and troubleshoot third-party issues, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
