People Operations Specialist

As a People Operations Generalist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the People function, ensuring a smooth employee experience. You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture and take ownership of various HR processes. This role is perfect for someone with experience in HR operations, strong organizational skills, and a passion for making a positive impact.

Own day-to-day People operations across the employee lifecycle, including preparing contracts, running onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the EOR platform and international employee administration, prepare payroll inputs, and administer employee benefits.
• Act as the first point of contact for routine employee People queries, coordinate performance, progression, and compensation-cycle administration.
