Fraud Risk Manager

Join Goodstack, a fast-growing AI-native social impact startup on a mission to revolutionize how the world does good. As a Fraud Risk Manager, you will own the fraud threat model, set risk appetite, detection thresholds, and lead the fraud specialists. You will work closely with Operations, Product, and Engineering, and shape the growth of the fraud function.

Responsibilities

• Own the fraud threat model and set risk appetite, detection thresholds, and the balance between fraud caught and genuine users turned away.
• Make key policy calls, including where to set the burden of proof for eligibility, and own the measurement framework.
• Set the direction for machine learning, what it predicts and how it's measured, and lead, develop, and set the quality bar for the fraud specialists.
