Senior Engineering Manager - Payment

In this role, you will own the payment strategy for the product engineering team, lead and inspire a high-performing team, co-build product and technical strategy, raise the bar on delivery and engineering excellence, and own the payments and financing ecosystem. You should have significant experience as a senior individual contributor in backend/fullstack development, expertise in payment systems at scale, and be fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, creating the conditions for them to thrive and fostering alignment through regular team moments.
• Co-build product and technical strategy, helping craft the vision and strategy for the Payment & Cash Advance domain, and translating high-level objectives into actionable plans.
• Raise the bar on delivery and engineering excellence by setting and tracking the right KPIs to measure impact, velocity, and quality.
