• Proactively develop strategies to accelerate team growth and independently manage your team’s performance.
• Define the overarching experience strategy and directly influence multi-team roadmaps, connecting the user experience to commercial growth.
• Set the aesthetic vision and interaction bar for your product area, translating brand strategy into specific design principles and facilitating high-standard critiques.
