Senior Technical Recruiter

Join our team as a Senior Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our engineering and product teams by sourcing top-tier talent globally. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, build and maintain talent pipelines, guide hiring teams through inclusive interview processes, and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders. Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies.

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments

Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and creative outreach strategies

Experience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems (bonus for AI tools)

Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices

Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company

• Experience using AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment
• Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively
• Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones
