Executive - Dyeing

Responsibilities

• Ensure dyeing recipes are executed accurately as per approved standards.
• Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pH, time, dosing, liquor ratio and chemical concentration .
• Ensure correct dosing of dyes, chemicals and auxiliaries.
• Identify process deviations and take timely corrective action.
• Support recipe optimization to improve right-first-time performance and reduce reprocessing.Execute daily dyeing plans as per production priorities and machine capacity.
• Monitor batch preparation, loading, dyeing, washing and unloading activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
• Monitor machine utilization, batch time and production efficiency.
• Coordinate shift-wise activities to ensure smooth production flow.
