People Experience Lead

Join Partly, a startup focused on building the infrastructure for repairability. As the People Experience Lead, you will lead the People Experience team, coach people leaders, champion company values, run people programs, own the employee lifecycle, and help scale the company internationally. This role is open in Auckland and Christchurch, New Zealand.

• Coaching people leaders and designing and running core training for leadership development.
• Championing company values and high-performance culture, and raising the bar on how the company works.
• Running people programs and partnering with People Ops to ensure fair and consistent performance management.
