Responsibilities

  • Own the workshop relationship, drive newly signed workshops to become weekly active customers, and be the primary point of contact for workshop owners.
  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by running regular check-ins, lifting usage of key features, and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Resolve issues to ground by owning workshop issues from first report through root cause, fix, and follow-up, and working with Support, Product, and Engineering.
