Director of Engineering (Forward Deployed Engineering)

Join Hadrian, a cutting-edge aerospace and defense startup, as the Director of Engineering for our Forward Deployed Engineering team. In this role, you will lead the technical outcomes of one or more programs, working directly with the U.S. Government, Armed Forces, and major defense primes. You will own the technical roadmap and delivery, build and lead your team, and stay hands-on with the technical aspects of the program. Responsibilities

• Founder or founding-team experience, especially if you ran customer relationships and business decisions while still building
