Hadrian, a rapidly growing aerospace and defense manufacturing company, as a Workplace Operations Manager. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee service performance, and ensure a seamless workplace experience for employees and visitors. Additionally, you will partner cross-functionally, represent Workplace Services in design and construction meetings, and manage purchase orders.

About Hadrian

This position offers a competitive benefits package, including 100% coverage of platinum medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, a 401k, a relocation stipend, and a flexible vacation policy.

You've built from zero, not just maintained: You've stood up workplace or vendor programs from scratch and scaled them across a fast-growing or multi-site footprint — comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly moving environment

You bridge the shop floor and the front of house: You can deliver a white-glove experience for executives and VIP guests while being equally at home on an active manufacturing floor — fluent in PPE, safety, and production cadence

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the workplace services function at Hadrian, responsible for setting strategy and overseeing programs and vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring day-to-day performance of outsourced service partners and holding them accountable to service-level expectations.
  • Oversee the catering, pantry stocking, and food & beverage offerings, balancing employee experience against cost, and ensuring a professional, welcoming reception and visitor experience.
  • Operations experience: 5+ years in workplace services, facilities, hospitality, or operations, including day-to-day oversight of outsourced services
  • Fitouts & FF&E: Comfort in design/construction meetings and coordinating furniture, fixtures & equipment through installation; ability to read construction drawings a plus
  • Financial ownership: Experience with service budgets, PO creation and reconciliation, and invoice review against contract pricing

Requirements

  • People & partner leadership: 2+ years leading teams and/or managing vendor performance
  • Systems: Proficiency with MS 365 (Excel) and a work-order/CMMS or ticketing platform
  • Service mindset: Strong communication, organization, and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Vendor management: Proven track record holding service providers (janitorial, F&B, reception, waste, or similar) accountable to scopes of work and SLAs

Pay

You operate with mission and discretion: You're energized by Hadrian's mission to reindustrialize American aerospace and defense manufacturing, and you bring the confidentiality and visitor-security awareness that a defense-adjacent facility demands
