Implementation Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Assurer la gestion complète du cycle de vie des projets d'implémentation, de l'initiation à la mise en œuvre, en garantissant une expérience client fluide.

Requirements

• Configuration Aptitude: Strong technical acumen and comfort with visual configuration work—specifically the ability to deeply learn complex software architectures and build relational data models or workflows within low-code/no-code platforms
• Stakeholder Navigation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience directly managing and advising executive-level stakeholders on complex project phases
• Data Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or comparable data tools to support customer data migrations, formula configurations, and system logic designs
• Project Portfolio Management: Proven ability to manage multiple large, concurrent technical implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality, timeline adherence, and stakeholder trust
• Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation, enterprise project management, or a closely adjacent client-facing role (ideally within a B2B SaaS environment)
• Domain Expertise: Foundational or practitioner experience in the GRC, risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity space
• Ecosystem Familiarity: Hands-on familiarity with customer success management platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Catalyst, Totango) and standard project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana)

• Technical & AI Curiosity: A strong, demonstrated curiosity for emerging technologies—specifically a comfort level utilizing or experimenting with Generative AI tools to streamline documentation, analyze data sets, or solve configuration challenges
