Technical Success Manager - High Touch

Responsibilities

• Identifying key accounts in your portfolio, building account plans, and protecting renewals.
• Acting as the single point of contact for customers on technical topics, understanding their use cases, and recommending the right set-up.
• Spotting new use cases and needs, passing cross-sell and upsell opportunities to the Account Manager or Sales.
