As a Solutions Engineer focused on LATAM customers, you will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their own environments. This senior, hands-on technical sales role requires frequent travel across LATAM and a strong understanding of observability, cloud-native environments, and modern infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their own environments.
• Act as the technical owner during evaluations, helping customers deploy, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate Coralogix across their environments.
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria, and design and deliver tailored demonstrations.
• Strong communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes
• Strong understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring
• Confidence engaging executives and translating technical value into business impact
• Docker
• Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation
• Application instrumentation and debugging
• Infrastructure monitoring

Requirements

Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering
• Ability to speak credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar
• Native level Spanish and fluent English are required. Portuguese or additional languages - strong advantage
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work
• OpenTelemetry
• APM and distributed tracing
• RUM
• CI/CD workflows
• Prometheus
• Log analytics and telemetry pipelines
• AWS, Azure, or GCP

Preferred

• Relevant experience may include:
• Kubernetes and containerized environments
• SIEM or security monitoring
