Associate Treasury Reporting & Analytics

Join our Treasury team as an Associate Treasury Reporting & Analytics. In this role, you will develop comprehensive financial analytics and reports to support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and refine data-driven dashboards, and conduct in-depth analysis using SQL and other tools. We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong SQL skills, advanced Excel expertise, and a passion for process improvement to join our Treasury team

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial analytics and reports to support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making.
• Leverage systems to extract, analyze, and report on treasury data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use in-house AI tools to optimize workflows and drive project success.
• It is essential that this person manages time well, keeps on top of deliverables, and has the potential to grow with us. Experience in credit products, prepaid cards or other spend operations functions is a strong plus
• They own their role and continuously help identify ways to improve operations processes and controls
• Organization & planning: Plans, organizes, and schedules in a productive manner, allowing for a focus on key priorities and regular updates

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, dashboard creation, and effective communication across all levels of the organization
• Report Management: Proven experience overseeing end-to-end report lifecycle management, from requirements gathering to delivery. Ability to manage multiple reporting deliverables with varying frequencies and stakeholder groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Treasury Systems Expertise: Work with Treasury Management Systems, including report configuration, data extraction, and workflow optimization
• Stakeholder Management: Experience with complex reporting processes and stakeholder requirements, with proven ability to deliver financial reports to senior leadership and various business units
• Strong written and verbal communication: Speaks plainly and truthfully. Communicates complex ideas in a simple & easy-to-understand way for any audience (e.g. engineering, 3rd party vendors, growth/operational teams, executive team)
• Efficiency: Ability to produce significant output with minimum wasted effort; finds the path of least resistance to the problem definition, solution and execution
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in collaboration with various team members
• Problem solving: If something seems off, you want to figure out what's going on; you enjoy navigating uncertainty, bringing clarity to ambiguity and don't wait for a playbook to be written
• Relevant experience: Demonstrated success in Treasury and financial operations, banking and payments, or other operations roles in related fields

• Proactive & Action Oriented: Acts without being told what to do; taking full ownership of work, and proactively seeks help and input when needed to provide well supported solutions
• Data & analytics: Has a strong proficiency in SQL, and a history of using data to answer complex problems. Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Preferred

• Financial modeling, coding/automation, ability to contribute to a data model, and experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Superset) is preferred
