Responsibilities

  • Ensure complete and on time deposit of cash collections and submission of reports and drives performance to meet operational KPIs at all times.
  • What you’ll do a.
  • Receives collections from express couriers/tellers/truckers b.
  • Issues official receipts and records all transactions accurately. c.
  • Do cash hand over & bank hand over in fareye system d.
  • Performs end-of-day cash reconciliation, ensuring it is reconciled with the total remittance received from Riders, Truckers, & Others. e.
  • Prepares and deposits collected cash and checks to the bank. f.
  • Safekeeps cash, checks, and financial documents to prevent loss or fraud. g.
  • Generate EOD remittance report in Iremit Application for submission Remittance Team for tagging h.
  • Release of cash deposits to bank roving teller, ensure 100% deposited collection i.
  • Updating of COD transactions remitted from Failed to Success in FE System j.
  • Any discrepancy in remittance committed by Riders, Truckers should be reported to immediate leader without fail. k.
  • Do validations for weekly & YTD unremitted transactions for branch l.
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls and financial policies. m.
  • Assists internal or external auditors during cash audits. n.
  • All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any four-year course
  • Professional Experience 1 to 2 yrs experience in Cash Handling Functions Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Leadership Competencies Communication skills
  • Problem Solving skills / critical thinking
  • Competencies Inventory Management Project Management Excel,PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Literate Licensure / Certification Required Not required; however, possession of relevant certifications is an advantage and will be considered a plus.
